Q: How do I pay for my trip?
A: You can make a secure online payment with credit or debit card or PayPal before the trip, or you can pay cash to the driver on the day of the journey.


Q: How far in advance can I book my trip?
A: usually, we would like you to confirm you journey online a minimum of 24 hours before the journey begins. But we also understand that there could be unforeseen emergencies. If you need a confirmed booking within 24 hours of a journey’s starting time, please let us know directly at 01228 401022 to make sure vehicles are available.


Q: Are the prices per passenger or per vehicle?
A: We understand that budgeting costs are one of our customers’ main concerns, so we list our prices at a very fair per vehicle rate instead of listing a per passenger rate.


Q: Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?
A: We request our passengers to give us with flight information when the pickup point or destination is at an airport. With your flight information, we are able to keep our drivers aware od the latest flight movements at all UK airports and not need to charge our customers extra in the event that their flight is delayed.


Q: How will I find my driver at the airport?
A: We will pass on your contact information to the assigned driver(s) so they are able to call you and agree on meeting a specific location at a specific time in the airport arrivals section. If you would like it, meet and greet services can also be arranged at an extra charge. Please let us know if you would like more information on this service.


Q: Are your drivers qualified?
A: Yes, all our trusted drivers are qualified and fully registered with licensing authorities.


Q: Do you take on company contracts?
A: Yes, we do take on fleet contracts. Just complete our contact form, and our representatives will be glad to work with you and provide you with a reply within 24 hours.
